Please note: Signatures of swimmers and parents/guardians are required on multiple forms.  Plan accordingly!!

All new swimmers must complete a successful tryout before officially making the team.

We promote competitive swim stroke instruction, fitness and a friendly team environment.

Practice Information

All Practices are held at Curtis Park

Evening Practice:  May 29 - June 15  (Monday -Friday) 6-8 pm
10 and under age groups:  6:00-7:00pm
11 and over age groups:  7:00 - 8:00pm
 
Please note that other swim teams have rented the lanes until 5:45pm 
Please do not enter the pool deck before 5:45 pm. 

Morning Practice:  June 18 - Aug 3 (MONDAY-FRIDAY)
9:00- 11:30 am
11 and over age groups:   9:00-10:30am
10 and under age groups:  10:30-11:30 am

 

Evening Practice: June 18- Aug 3 (Tuesday and Thursday)   
6:00-7:30 pm   


RSL requests we remind our parents -

  • No smoking is permitted on the pool deck and
  • Alcholic beverages are prohibited during RSL swim meets.
  • No Weapons are permitted on the pool deck.
