Practice Information
All Practices are held at Curtis Park
May 31 until school is out -Evening Practice: M-F from 6-8 pm
12 & under 6-7 pm and 13 & over 7-8 pm
Please note that other swim teams have rented the lanes until 5:45pm
Please do not enter the pool deck before 5:45 pm.

Morning Practice (MONDAY-FRIDAY) schedule begins June 20!
9:00-10:00 AM - Ages 13 and Over
10:00-10:45 -Ages 9 - 12
10:45-11:30 - Ages 8 and Under
Evening Practices (Tuesday and Thursday Evenings)
6:00-6:30 - 8 & under Stroke Clinic
6:30-7:00 - 9-12 year old Stroke Clinic
7:00-7:30 - 13 & older Stroke Clinic
6:00 - 7:00 - Make-up Practice (all ages)
RSL requests we remind our parents -
- No smoking is permitted on the pool deck and
- Alcholic beverages are prohibited during RSL swim meets.
- No Weapons are permitted on the pool deck.
